BE 5 ALIVE refers to the 5 key areas that create a solid foundation for your best life.
In review, they are: Faith, Focus, Fitness, Fellowship and Fun.
Faith
What do you believe? What do you believe in, what do you stand for? More importantly, what will you NOT stand for? Do you believe in yourself and have confidence? I do, and I believe that you can, too.
Focus
Where do you put your time and energy? Do you have a clear vision for yourself, your family, your career? Do you know how to take that vision and turn it into action?
Fitness
How do you feel? To have your best life you have to feel great; to feel great you have to take care of yourself: physically, mentally, and spiritually.
Fellowship
How are your relationships? How are things with your family and friends? Do you have a good social support system or do you go it alone? Are you part of the community, do you get involved?
Fun
Do you take time to enjoy life? Do you laugh? Do you smile? Do you remember what it’s like to not worry about yesterday’s mistakes or tomorrow’s concerns?
Faith, Focus, Fitness, Fellowship, and Fun. Five keys to an exceptional life. Take some time and think about these areas, think about the questions they offer, and have an honest conversation with yourself.
